Aimed at those making a film for Sony Tropfest 2005 or any other short film festival, or those that just have an idea for a short film and are not sure how to get started, this seminar coved the necessary basic legal essentials.
Held at the Valhalla Cinema in Glebe on 29th November 2004, Getting Festive was a free seminar providing important legal and practical information for short filmmakers. The panel of industry speakers discussed copyright, music licensing, locations, festival requirements and SONY Tropfest 2004 winner Gary Eck talked about making his film The Money. There was also a chance to ask questions of the panellists.
