Antony will provide insight into WIPO’s current work through the Intergovernmental Committee (IGC) on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore
Terri Janke: Principal of Indigenous law firm Terri Janke & Co
Terri will outline her work on the WIPO project, Minding Cultures: Case Studies on Indigenous Intellectual Property and Cultural Expressions (2003).
Patricia Adjei: Indigenous solicitor for Artists in the Black, Arts Law Centre of Australia
Patricia will discuss her participation in last WIPO ICG meeting in July 2007, both her presentation on the Indigenous panel of experts about the work of Artists in the Black and through the intervention process during the 1st week of the meeting.
