Whilst Arts Law tries to provide assistance there are occasions when we cannot.
Conflict of interest rules can prevent Arts Law from advising more than one party involved in a dispute or matter.
In accordance with Arts Law’s policy to assist individual artists or creators, Arts Law reserves the right to anticipate a conflict of interest, and may decline to advise.
Further, in considering to advise an artist or organisation, Arts Law reserves the right to impose a ‘means test’.
