Consulting Our Clients & Stakeholders & Monitoring Our Services

We will use a number of mechanisms to consult with our clients and stakeholders. This will form part of the processes we put in place to monitor our services. These will include surveys, meetings with stakeholders, and our publications. We will also hold meetings with government and non-government agencies to discuss matters of common concern.

We will review compliance with our service charter annually.

We will give clients and stakeholders a chance to have their say annually (survey) to help us identify their needs, wants and perceptions of Arts Law.

We will analyse the feedback we receive throughout the year and through the survey and identify areas for improvement.

We will provide our clients and stakeholders with information about any changes to our services primarily through our website and our newsletter, Art+Law.

We will publish our Annual Report on the website.
