A sample agreement that covers the fundamentals of a director’s service agreement on a film or video project. The agreement has been drafted to cover the legal issues that commonly arise in producer/ director agreements, as well as the requirements of funding bodies. The sample agreement is drafted on the premise that it is a film rather than a video which is being directed. If it is to be a video, amend the agreement accordingly throughout.
