The use of any sample Agreement is governed by the Terms and Conditions for the Use of Documents of the Arts Law Centre of Australia .

    • Word version, editable.

If you purchase this version, you will be able to create your own agreement by simply saving the Sample Agreement on your computer and completing is as necessary. This sample agreement is formatted in such a manner that the numbering of clauses will be automatically updated if you insert new clauses or delete existing ones.
The use of any sample Agreement is governed by the Terms and Conditions for the Use of Documents of the Arts Law Centre of Australia.

If you are a legal professional and intend to use the Sample Agreement for your legal practice, you are required to purchase this version. The Terms and Conditions for the Use of Documents of the Arts Law Centre of Australia governing this version, to which you agree when purchasing the sample Agreement, include a Multiple Use Licence Agreement.
