Cossack Art Award gets 4 / 5 stars for fairness to artists!

Arts Law recently reviewed the terms and conditions of the Cossack Art Award and has awarded it 4 / 5 stars for fairness to artists.  

The terms only request a licence to reproduce the artworks entered for publicity, catalogue and archival purposes associated with the Award.  This is great for artists because they are free to licence their work to other parties and the licence they give to Cossack Art Award is limited to reproducing their work for purposes associated with the Award only!

We are sure the Award will attribute all artists for their work – it would have received 5 / 5 stars for fairness of its terms if observance of artists' moral rights had been included!
