Creative Enterprise Hubs in New South Wales

Creative Enterprise Hubs nurture creative, artistic and cultural projects and enterprises by giving them short term access to unused or abandoned spaces pending redevelopment or rental on commercial terms. 

In partnership with Arts NSW, Arts Law has prepared a suite of documents as a blueprint for councils, communities and local businesses interested in the development of Creative Enterprise Hubs.

The suite of documents includes:

·         information sheets which provide background information on Creative Enterprise Hubs as well as legal information on important issues for the people or organisations involved in such hubs; and

·         sample documents for use by organisations setting up Creative Enterprise Hubs.
