Arts Law will be presenting a Film and the Law seminar at the Film and Television Institute of Western Australia.
The seminar will give an overview of some areas of law that are relevant to filmmakers, including copyright, contracts and chain of title and working online (such as online collaborative projects and online distribution). The seminar will also provide a brief introduction to the Arts Law Centre of Australia and conclude with a question and answer session.
