Interviewee’s Release

This sample Interviewee's Release should be used when an interviewer verbally interviews another person (the interviewee) and wishes to record and use the interview. The effect of this deed of release is that the interviewee cannot make any claim against the interviewer in relation to the issues addressed in the release. This sample release allows specifying in some details restrictions on the use of the interview.
