Cast & Crew Agreement (without deferred fees)

This sample Cast & Crew Agreement (without deferred fees) may be used by low-budget or video film producers when engaging cast and crew. It includes the most common terms that a producer will need to agree with cast or crew. The parties should pay particular attention to the description of services and the payment provisions. Other issues covered in the contract include credits, copyright, accounting, insurance, expenses, and whether the cast or crew member is an employee or independent contractor.
