This sample Producer and Director Agreement covers the legal issues that commonly arise in producer/ director agreements, as well as the requirements of funding bodies.

For advice on industrial issues, parties should consult their professional advocacy and support organisations (for producers, Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA); and for directors, Australian Screen Directors Association (ASDA).
