Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act Amendment Bill 2012 on track
On 26 September, The Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act Amendment Bill 2012 was introduced by the Hon. Peter Collier into the Western Australian Legislative Council. The bill proposes to repeal Part IV of the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972.
