Nokia Connects:Go

One of our FaceBook followers drew our attention to this competition and we agree that its terms and conditions are problematic. All entrants – not just the lucky few who got a “Lumia 900 smartphone and Nokia Purity HD Stereo Headset” were required to give Nokia a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from the content they submit to the competition. That’s not just the winners but every single entrant! The competition is over but it’s not too late for Nokia to lighten up on the participants.
