The Arts Law Centre of Australia and the Victorian Arts Law Consortium present 'Building Stronger Organisations', workshops and legal clinic for arts workers and arts organisations.

Session 3: 11:45 am – 1:00 pm

Risk management, liability and insurance – presented by Sam Jackson and Priyanthi Milton

Break: 1:00 pm – 2:00pm

Legal Clinic    2.00 pm – 5.00 pm
These advice sessions provide an opportunity for artists and arts organisations to get free legal advice from the solicitors at Arts Law. Areas of law that can be discussed include: copyright or moral rights issues, business names and structures, confidentiality, contracts, insurance and liability or trademark. There will be six 20 minute legal advice sessions, normally only available to Arts Law subscribers. Bookings for the legal advice session are essential, by 21 October 2014 at the latest.
