Senior Solicitor

Are you a lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience who wants to make a difference in a community legal centre?

We are seeking a full-time senior solicitor who is energised by their love of the arts, and motivated by helping Australian creators protect their rights and grow their arts practice.

Arts Law offers flexible working arrangements including a four day compressed week and work from home flexibility. Salary range is $109,667 -$120,966,000 per annum (+ salary packaging + superannuation). This is a full-time role although part-time would be considered for the right applicant.

Prerequisites:

• Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current unrestricted practising certificate in NSW authorising practise as a principal of a law practice.
• Experience in intellectual property law, including copyright and contracts/commercial law.
• Availability to travel.
• Proof of fully vaccinated status against COVID-19.
