Archibald, Wynne and Sulman Prizes (2013) – 5 stars

Arts Law congratulates the Art Gallery of NSW on the terms of the Archibald, Wynne and Sulman Prizes which close 8 March 2013.

Only the finalists in the three prizes give the Art Gallery a non-exclusive licence to reproduce their work for marketing, publicity and education purposes.  This means entrants that are not finalists retain all rights in their work and can licence their copyright to third parties, whether on a non-exclusive or exclusive basis.

Well done Art Gallery of NSW – 5 / 5 stars!!
