Creative Hub Participation Letter and Participation Agreement
The administering body of a Creative Hub in NSW can use this sample agreement to sub-licence space in a Creative Hub to an artistic pop-up project. It gives the individual or business a short term right to occupy space in the Creative Hub. It should be used together with, and be sent under cover of the Creative Hub Participation Letter, available for free download below, which notifies a prospective artistic pop-up project that it's proposal has been accepted. The cover letter includes the information which must be notified to the pop-up licensee under the Retail Leases Act 1994 (NSW)and sets out other important information for the licensee concerning insurance, work health safety and permitted use.
