This template Contractor Agreement should be used when an Artist has been commissioned to design and install a public artwork and that Artist wishes to engage a subcontractor to assist with the manufacture, construction or fabrication of the artwork, or a specific part of it. This agreement can be used in conjunction with  with Arts Law’s Commission for Public Artwork Agreement.
