This template Storyteller Agreement should be used when a personal, cultural and traditional Story told by an Indigenous Storyteller will be recorded by a third party (Recorder). This includes recording by transcript, sound or film.

This contract template gives the Recorder permission to record the Storyteller and sets out how the Recordings made can be used by the Recorder.
