Music Licence for Podcast
This sample Music & Sound Recording Licence For Podcasting is designed to be used use when a podcast producer wishes to use a particular piece of recorded music (Music) which is still protected by copyright, in a podcast and the composer/licensor is unsigned, and has (or will make) a recording of the Music, and controls the relevant rights to each of the music, the lyrics and the sound recording. If the producer wants someone to create music especially for the Podcast, Arts Law’s sample Music Commission Agreement for Podcast is more appropriate.
