Included are two sample Photographer’s Releases, for use when a photographer wishes to take photographs of a person whether alone or in a group shot. They can be used for studio shoots or street scenes. They include the most common terms that the photographer requires to ensure that he or she can demonstrate that the subject’s consent was obtained. Use the Photographer’s Release – With Fee where the photographer is paying the person in the photograph a fee. Use the Photographer’s Release – Without Fee where the photographer will not be paying the person in the photograph.
