Connecting Creatives: Arts Law at APRA AMCOS Sessions

Over the last two weeks, Arts Law attended the APRA AMCOS ‘The Connect Sessions’ in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. We were fortunate to have attend our CEO, Louise Buckingham to Sydney’s session, board member Jo Renkin to Melbourne and Ruby Okely to Perth. 

The Connect Sessions are opportunities for artists to learn more about the music industry from industry professions through panel discussions, Q + A and networking.

The session focused on what a typical day looked like (working in your field), how we interact with artists, the do’s and don’ts and one piece of advice for artists. 

The session was a great opportunity for new and emerging artists to get an insight into the music industry as well as meet industry professionals and fellow artists!
