I approached Arts Law about songs I co-wrote with and produced for a singer, which had been uploaded to Spotify without crediting me. Arts Law was fantastic in advising me about my rights in the songs, helping me figure out what it was that I wanted out of the situation, and giving me practical options to try and get credited. With the comfort of knowing my rights, I reached out to the distributors of the song, who forwarded the request to the singer. I have now been credited on Spotify the way I requested. I felt empowered by Arts Law and the experience has given me some practical wisdom about using written agreements when co-writing and producing songs in the future. I would highly recommend Arts Law’s service.
