Complete and edit the sample agreement to reflect the details of your transaction by following the instructions in the 'HOW TO USE THIS AGREEMENT' section of the sample agreement.
Once all the details of your transaction are finalised and you have agreed on all the terms of your contract with the other party, all the parties should sign the contract and keep a copy for their files.
