Wills and Estates
Why is it important to have a will as an artist?
We are embarking on a new chapter and we’re moving offices. Our legal intake queue will be closed from September 24 for a couple of weeks and we may take a little longer than usual to reply to email (email is still best, though; our phoneline may be down for a little while). We look forward to resuming our normal practice and helping Australia's artists and arts organisations through the law.

The Arts Law Centre of Australia acknowledges all Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia.
We recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples continuing connection to land, place, waters and community.
We pay our respects to them and their cultures and to Elders both past and present.
