Our newest paralegal, Victoria Zhou.

Say Hello to Victoria!

Whilst departures are always tinged with sadness, they open the door to new team members joining Arts Law. After our longtime paralegal Georgia Briggs finished up, Victoria Zhou ‘begun’. Except, in many ways, she had already begun long before joining our Paralegal team. As Victoria explains:

Before coming on board as a Paralegal in July 2023, I was a student volunteer at Arts Law. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Law/Arts at the University of New South Wales with a major in Film Studies and minor in English Literature. Drawing upon my experiences in criminal law, refugee law and publishing, I’m excited to deepen my passion for law, policy and the arts at a justice-oriented organisation like Arts Law. Outside of work, I enjoy film/TV theory and culture, podcasting, musical theatre and spending quality time with my dog.

Victoria Zhou

To us, Victoria is a real triple-threat. Coupling her burgeoning expertise in matters of the law are a genuine interest in the arts, alongside an interest in volunteering. We’re excited to welcome Victoria into our team and look forward to having her help clients receive their legal advice.
